Call for Candidates:

The Board of Directors of the Purple Porch Co-op is seeking candidates for open positions for our 2019 Board Election.  The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the Co-op, working closely with the General Manager.

We provide strategic guidance, set high level policy, hold fiduciary responsibility, and serve the interests of the member-owners of the Co-op.  Board Members are elected by the member-owners at our annual meeting, which will be on April 28th this year.

The term for each elected Board member is three years. All Board members are expected to prepare for and attend monthly meetings, as well as offer their expertise and counsel.
